By using the Helloreve application ("the App"), you agree to the following terms and conditions. Helloreve is an automation platform designed to help creators and businesses manage their social media presence.

Using the App

The Helloreve app helps creators improve performance by adjusting video metadata and automating the posting process. You must connect a TikTok or YouTube account you own or are authorized to manage.

Data from TikTok and YouTube APIs

The app uses the TikTok Content Posting API, Login Kit, and YouTube Data and Analytics APIs to fetch video and account metadata (including titles, descriptions, thumbnails, tags, and comments) and performance information for the authenticated accounts. Access is limited to the scopes required to deliver the app's features.

Automated Posting and Content Updates

When you approve changes or schedule posts in the app, we update video metadata or upload content on your behalf through the TikTok and YouTube APIs. You remain responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of any content you post.

No Sharing with Third-Party AI Services

Data returned from TikTok and YouTube APIs is not sent to external AI services. We do not use your data to train AI models or allow third parties to use it for advertising or unrelated purposes.

Performance Expectations and Liability

The app is designed to follow industry best practices and YouTube recommendations to improve channel performance. However, results are not guaranteed. The app cannot be held responsible for decreased performance, including when user choices (for example, drastic manual changes to descriptions or hashtags) negatively affect results. Use the app at your own discretion.

User Responsibilities

You agree to use the app in compliance with TikTok's and YouTube's Terms of Service and all applicable laws. You are responsible for all actions taken through your account and for reviewing any changes before they are applied or content is posted.
